What You’ll Do

• Identify, engage and close new business with transit advertising solutions
• Build relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term growth
• Deliver compelling sales presentations that align with client needs
• Consistently meet/exceed sales targets through strategic outreach
• Stay informed on industry trends to provide innovative advertising solutions
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
• Maintain CRM records and manage the full sales cycle
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless campaign execution
• Travel as needed to engage with clients

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree
• Internship or co-op experience in sales, business development, or a related field
• Resilient & self-motivated – Eager to learn and driven to achieve goals
• Strong communication & presentation skills – Confidently engage with clients and articulate value propositions
• Tech-savvy – Proficiency in MS Office and a willingness to learn CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
