Are you highly detail-oriented, organized, and ready to jump into a dynamic support role? We're looking for an Administrative Assistant to support an upcoming project with the potential for a permanent role. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional team in a collaborative office environment.

Location: Manchester, NH

Pay Rate: $25/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Temp to Possible Hire

What You'll Do

• Perform accurate data entry and proofreading of business documents
• Scan and electronically file sales orders, packing slips, and related paperwork
• Review and verify information for clarity, grammar, and formatting consistency
• Provide general administrative support including document organization, copying, and scanning
• Assist with preparing sales commission reports and maintaining digital files
• Support additional office projects as needed

Skills & Qualifications

• Fast and accurate typing (45+ WPM preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook; Visio a plus)
• Excellent attention to detail and grammar skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
