Opportunity

teamDigital is a 25-person, fast-paced digital marketing agency serving some of the greatest client brands in the world, including Mastercard, NASCAR, Carnival Cruise Lines and many more.

We seek up to two Art Directors (may be elevated to Senior Art Director role commensurate with experience) to help us create some of the most engaging digital, print, and video content in the marketing industry.

Our ideal candidate i s comfortable working in a small, fast-paced creative marketing agency environment and demonstrates the ability to contribute to ideas and juggle multiple projects at once. The right candidate will be a motivated team player, enjoy contributing innovative ideas, have strong attention to detail, organized, and work efficiently under tight deadlines.

As (Sr.) Art Director, you will work closely within our Creative team, along with our Account, Project Management, Tech and Admin teams, to help us execute next-level promotions and digital experiences tied to marketing, events, retail, social media, web, mobile, AI, AR, eComm, Voice – no boundaries in a transforming digital ecosystem.

Job Responsibilities

• Concept Development and Ideation : Contribute innovative ideas and lead the development of creative concepts, collaborating to execute them across various media for impactful and on-brand visual content.
• Digital and Print Design : Create and execute visually compelling materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and delivering high-quality, on-target content across all platforms. Strong sense of typography and Photoshop skills are a must.
• Communication and Presentation Skills : Comfortable presenting to both the clients and internal teams while explaining the rationale behind your creative choices, and ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Address any design challenges that arise during the creative process, finding innovative solutions that meet the objectives of the project while adhering to the timeline.

What You Need To Succeed/Requirements

• Minimum 3-8 years of Creative design experience, ideally in marketing/creative agency environment
• Understanding of the web and concepts like user flow, wireframes, leaderboards, forms and social standards
• Proficient in all Adobe applications for digital and print execution
• Understanding of HTML, CSS – what is possible and what is not
• Strong portfolio of recent projects
• Team player, self-starter, innovation-inspired, and persistent troubleshooter comfortable working within an entrepreneurial-spirited, creative team culture
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn and work in a fast-paced environment, execute tasks effectively
• Comfortable working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Time management skills and the ability to tackle challenges effectively

Nice To Haves

• Video Production experience in After Effects and Premiere Pro

• This role requires you to work from our office at least one day per week, and as needed to support our clients and work, while the rest of the time you may work remotely; do you have the means to travel to work physically in our Bethel CT office as needed? (NOTE: Bethel CT is next to Danbury CT, 1.5 hours from NYC).
