This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative located in Austin, TX .

Role Description:

Our Bilingual Customer Service Representative will interact with customers at live marketing events, pop-ups, and brand activations. In this role, you will represent top brands, engage with diverse audiences, and provide exceptional service in  Spanish and English .

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers at events, pop-ups, and activations to promote products/services.
• Answer questions, provide product demonstrations, and ensure a positive brand experience.
• Communicate effectively in  Spanish and English to assist a diverse audience.
• Gather customer feedback and report key insights to the team.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down event displays.
• Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm while representing the brand.
• Work closely with the marketing team to enhance customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of Spanish preferred
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or event experience is a plus.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and adapt to different event settings.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Must be available for flexible scheduling, including weekends and evenings.
