Role: Central Territory Sales Manager: Must be based in any of the specified regions*

General Description:

Ultraflex Systems is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated, and results-driven Central Territory Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across states in the central and south regions of the country* . This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth by introducing value-added products in a competitive, commodity-based market. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to close sales, build long-term client relationships, and effectively sell at all levels within the digital print, screen print, and commercial print industries, including direct customers and dealers.

*ASSIGNED TERRITORIES- Colorado, Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, & Texas.

RESPONSIBILITIES.

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify new business opportunities and drive growth in alignment with company objectives.
  • Utilize consultative sales techniques to present Ultraflex Systems' products in person to direct customers and dealers within the defined territory.
  • Create custom product solutions tailored to meet individual client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels to ensure long-term account retention and satisfaction.
  • Develop and expand relationships with dealers, including prospecting, qualifying, securing partnerships, overcoming objections, and closing new accounts.
  • Identify and cultivate key end-user accounts to expand market reach.
  • Strengthen relationships with equipment manufacturers to enhance product awareness and drive joint business opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with Inside Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to contribute to product development and sales strategies.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to showcase Ultraflex Systems' solutions.
  • Maintain accurate sales reporting and administrative records, including sales call reports and account activity updates.
  • Effectively manage a home-based office while maintaining a high level of productivity and responsiveness.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Develop at least five new accounts annually, each generating a minimum of $250K in revenue.
  • Maintain and grow existing business relationships to ensure continued success and retention.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years of B2B sales, preferably in wide-format digital print, signage, or related industries (solution selling background is a plus).
  • Proven ability to independently manage a home office while collaborating as a team player.
  • Strong track record as an account opener and closer with the ability to drive new business.
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding sales goals and quotas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking ability.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential business information.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Proficiency in business computer applications, CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • College degree or equivalent work experience.
