Job Description

Job Summary:
Keystone Management is seeking a Certified HVAC Technician to join our team at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport . The primary responsibility of this role is to perform maintenance and repairs to HVAC components within the airport hangars. You will be tasked with troubleshooting, installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance while ensuring all work adheres to applicable HVAC codes, laws, and regulations .
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect, repair, modify, and install HVAC equipment including compressors, condensers, thermostats, and other system components
Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections of HVAC systems and units
Provide troubleshooting and installation services for HVACR systems
Maintain all equipment and amenities, ensuring efficient operation
Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety regulations
Use a computer-based CMMS system to create and close out work orders
Respond to emergency service calls as part of the on-call rotation
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements
EPA Certification
A minimum of 4 years experience in HVAC, mechanical, and electrical maintenance
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience performing preventive maintenance (PMs) on HVAC equipment
High school diploma or equivalent
Journeyman's License (Preferred)
Working Conditions
Full-time (40 hours per week) with additional hours as required
Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and lift up to 75 pounds
Exposure to mechanical, electrical, and noise hazards
Ability to work in varied weather conditions
Additional Requirements
Successful completion of Keystone Management and FAA background checks
Valid driver's license and driving history check
Ability to pass the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport SIDA badge and driver’s test
Pass a drug screening and motor vehicle check (MVR)
Location: Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport
Shift: 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm (Monday - Friday)
