Job Description: We are seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to join our team in Cocoa Beach. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems and/or electrical projects within commercial construction environments.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of MEP systems on commercial construction projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an MEP Superintendent or Electrical Superintendent.
• Extensive knowledge of MEP systems and commercial construction processes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Commercial general contracting experience is preferred.
