Job Description

I am currently working with a leading AM LAW ranked legal practice , who are actively recruiting for an Associate to join their Environmental group in Denver .

Responsibilities

• Offer legal advice and counseling on environmental matters including natural resources.
• You will work with the firm's general environmental practice, focusing on natural resources law. This will include NEPA, ESA, CAA, CWA, BLM leasing, USFS permitting and natural resources litigation.
• You will work with some of the leading companies in the industry on matters that will include, infrastructure development and use, agency rulemaking, water rights, water quality, and enforcement proceedings.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year(s) experience, ideally gained within a large law firm setting.
• Excellent academics, including JD from a top ranked law school.
• Experience in a general environmental law, including natural resources.
• Licensed to practice in Colorado.
