Founding AI Engineer — Agent Systems & Ad‑Platform Integration

Full‑time • On‑site (San Jose, CA) • $120‑165 k salary + equity

Our autonomous agent already plans, builds, and optimizes campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn—referrals are up 500 % in the last month, and we’re bottlenecked on engineering. Ship with us and help push to multi‑million ARR.

• Architect agent brains: tool‑calling, RAG, long‑term memory
• Integrate ads APIs: Meta Marketing, Google Ads, TikTok Marketing
• Design AWS‑native systems: micro‑services, event‑driven pipelines, and state machines tying every agent component together
• Run async workflows: callbacks, retries, and idempotent stateful agents
• Own infra: S3 logging, request tracing, internal service APIs
• Close the loop: partner with creative engineers to launch campaigns & measure lift

• Strong Python expertise – LangChain, OpenAI SDK, FastAPI
• Deep knowledge of Ads APIs – Meta Marketing API, Google Ads API, TikTok Marketing API
• Systems‑architecture chops – ability to craft scalable, event‑driven AWS stacks (Lambda, Step Functions, SQS/SNS, DynamoDB, Fargate/ECS/EKS) that keep agents performant and observable
• Familiarity with vector databases & RAG – Pinecone, Weaviate, Redis
• Experience with async patterns, job orchestration, and API reliability
• Understanding of storage & data layers – S3, SQL/NoSQL, request logging/metrics pipelines
• Comfort deploying and integrating LLMs in production
