Overview:

We are seeking a Contract Graphic Designer to join our team! In this role, you’ll bring our modern tea brand to life across physical, digital, and packaging touchpoints.

What you'll do:

• Design compelling and on-brand visuals for a wide range of applications, including store signage, packaging, merchandise, social media, digital marketing assets, and more.
• Translate creative briefs into high-impact visual solutions that align with our brand identity.
• Adapt existing global creative assets for the U.S. market while maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing, store development, and operations teams to produce materials that support in-store promotions, campaigns, and new product launches.
• Manage multiple design projects with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
• Prepare press-ready and production-ready files for vendors, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Contribute to the development and documentation of brand design guidelines.

Experience you need to be successful:

• 3+ years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably in a retail, lifestyle, or food & beverage brand environment.
• A strong, polished portfolio showcasing a wide range of work, including digital design, packaging, print, and environmental graphics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with tools such as Figma, Canva, or similar.
• Experience working with printers, packaging vendors, and production teams to bring designs to life.
• Understanding of U.S. consumer and retail design trends.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
• Experience working with international brands or adapting global creative for local markets is a plus.
