We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our growing team and support our efforts in recruiting, training, and developing our associates. As part of our HR team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that we continue to provide excellent service to our customers while fostering a productive and happy workplace.

Job Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Hiring: Oversee the recruitment process, including interviewing candidates, extending job offers, and ensuring all hiring processes are followed in compliance with company policies.
• Training & Development: Coordinate onboarding and training programs for new hires, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and knowledge needed for success. Monitor ongoing development opportunities for associates.
• Employee Relations: Assist with associate surveys, gathering feedback, and making recommendations for improvements to employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Minor Discipline: Address minor disciplinary issues by following established procedures and providing guidance to management on best practices for conflict resolution and performance improvement.
• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate employee records, handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, and assist with scheduling meetings and training sessions as needed.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all aspects of HR processes.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a retail or supermarket environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive issues professionally.
• Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in HR.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
