REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma / GED
• Enrolled in the Oregon Criminal Registry
• Customer service a must to work directly with parents, community partners, and management daily.

PREFERENCES:

• Minimum 6 months experience working in a certified childcare center
• Experience developing curriculum for Early Childhood Education
• Maintain all required state of Oregon certifications for Teacher in accordance to OAR 414-300-0100
• STEP 10 or above on the Oregon Registry Steps

JOB DUTIES:

• Assist the classroom teacher with teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
• Clean and sanitize assigned classroom tables, chairs and changing stations with approved provided cleaner/sanitizing solution.
• Change and wash bed linen as appropriate when soiled.
• Provide a variety of materials and resources for children to explore, manipulate and use, both in learning activities and in imaginative play.
• Observe and evaluate children's performance, behavior, social development, and physical health.

SCHEDULE:

• Monday-Friday
• Shifts changes daily depending on who is covered. 8 hour shifts anytime between 6am and 6pm (must be willing to work until 6pm).
