What We’re Looking For:
🎓 Associate’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent training .
🛠️ 0-2 years of IT support experience .
🗣️ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
🤔 Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
⏳ Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
💻 Familiarity with computer software like configuration management, operating systems, and internet directory services.
