Inside Sales Coordinator

Location : Elk Grove Village, IL

Pay : $30-$31/hour

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

A leading global industrial machinery manufacturer is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to join their team in Elk Grove Village, IL. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and stable environment with a global presence while contributing to critical sales and operations processes.

What You’ll Do

• Support Sales Operations : Collaborate with outside sales representatives and manage communication among manufacturing representatives, technical sales, customers, and assembly teams.
• Order Management : Accurately handle in-house and prospective orders to ensure seamless sales operations.
• Trade Show Coordination : Support trade shows on-site and remotely, handling logistics from preparation to follow-up.
• Inventory Updates : Maintain monthly updates on machine availability and manage machinery holds with clear communication.
• Special Option Library : Work with engineering teams to define and update special options, ensuring proper documentation.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves :

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of inside sales experience in a manufacturing company.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for handling time-sensitive tasks.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams and customers.
• A collaborative mindset and ability to multitask effectively.

Nice-to-Haves :

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Experience in the injection molding industry, including machine sales, marketing, or processing.
• Background in supporting trade shows or coordinating logistics.

Interview Process
