Summary This role will drive our IT strategy, integration efforts, and operational efficiency, ensuring that IT aligns with finance, operations, and business strategy. We are looking for a technology leader with a strong risk, compliance, and IT governance background.
Responsibilities - Lead IT integration for acquired business units to ensure seamless operations.
- Establish IT infrastructure for new international locations, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Document and communicate the overall IT landscape and how it integrates with engineering, operations, and finance.
- Develop and implement IT governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks aligned with SOX.
- Partner with finance leadership to align IT investments with business strategy.
- Support IT readiness for a potential IPO, ensuring systems and controls meet regulatory standards.
- Standardize technology across a global business of various revenue types.
- Develop and implement standardized IT helpdesk processes to enhance support efficiency.
- Lead IT spend reduction efforts, optimizing technology investments while maintaining service quality.
- Ensure cybersecurity resilience, data protection, and business continuity planning.
- Oversee ERP strategy, security, and integration to support engineering, fabrication, and construction projects.
- Utilize SQL, Power BI, and Python to enhance reporting, data analytics, and automation.
- Identify and implement emerging IT solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Education And Experience - 5+ years of IT and process experience, preferably in Big Four consulting equivalent.
- Strong background in IT risk, governance, cybersecurity, ERP systems, and IT service management.
- Experience leading IT integration during mergers, acquisitions, or international expansions.
- Ability to prepare IT systems for IPO-readiness, audits, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Must have cross functional capabilities and excellent communication skills.
- Experience in engineering, construction, or manufacturing environments a plus.
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Azure.
Physical Requirements - Ability to reach, stand, walk, use fingers, grasp, feel, talk, hear, see and to perform repetitive motions.
- Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
