Job Title: IT Project Manager

Location-Type: Hybrid in Fall River, MA 3x/week

Start Date Is: ASAP

Duration: 6-month contract-to-hire with full-time headcount approved

Compensation Range: Up to $105,000

Job Description:

The IT Project Coordinator will oversee and manage cross-functional IT operations projects, ensuring structured planning and execution. The role involves managing backlogs and coordinating efforts for the IT Ops team as they transition to a Microsoft cloud-based infrastructure, with the long-term opportunity to move into a managerial capacity in the next 2-5 years.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee IT infrastructure and operations projects.
• Work closely with technical teams, including help desk, networking, and infrastructure.
• Maintain and prioritize project backlogs.
• Ensure structured management of workload and project timelines.
• Assist in the transition to a Microsoft cloud-based infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:
• 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking or end user support with some experience leading projects
• Experience with Microsoft technologies, such as Windows, Active Directory, etc.
• Proficiency in Jira or other types of project management tools
• Basic understanding of networking, help desk structures, and IT operations.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Cloud experience (preferred, as the team will be making a cloud transition soon).
• Any familiarity with networking is a plus
