Summary

Key Accounts Manager for Waste & Industria l segments will liaison between LiuGong and Dealer on all products and services and bridge a team supported by LiuGong in order to strengthen and expand the relationship with Dealer. Manage customer expectations through conflict resolution skills. Secure orders and effectively communicate, implement and execute all applicable company programs to customers.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Focus will be to expand LiuGong’s Waste and Industrial dealer support
• Interface with assigned management and support personnel as necessary for consistent, open communication, customer support, implementation of company.
• Champion Waste and industrial segment projects
• Assists or provides overall account management.
• Engages with Parts, After Sales, Manager, etc., when needed in completing customer request, answering customer questions and ensuring customer’s needs are met.
• Provides assistance in engineering, estimating, business development and procedure documentation on an as needed basis.
• Maintains positive client relationships.
• Coordinate with various departments within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely fashion.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of products.
• Provide assistance in resolving field issues that relate to Waste and Industrial segments.
• Ability to travel up to 25%-35% of time, including both vehicle and air travel.
