What will you be doing as a Logistics Coordinator?

• Support Supply Chain Operations for the ITTS (Inventory Trouble Ticket System) Investigation team.
• Investigate & Resolve Issues related to carrier shipping, fraud, warehouse discrepancies, and more.
• Collaborate with 3rd party warehouses, carriers , and internal teams (Supply Chain, IT) to resolve fraudulent claims and systemic challenges.
• Ensure daily service level commitments , resolving an average of 80 tickets per day with accuracy and speed.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset to meet goals and achieve success.
• Self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent organizational skills to handle competing priorities and resolve customer-impacting issues.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Slack , and Point of Sale systems .
• Analytical & technical skills with strong verbal and written communication skills.
