Your Responsibilities:

  • Claims Champion: Process claims efficiently, meeting strict SLAs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Guardian: Perform monthly inventory monitoring controls and resolve discrepancies with cross-functional teams.
  • Communication Ace: Monitor service desk emails and Slack, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Inventory Maestro: Participate in semi-annual physical inventories, contributing to accurate reconciliations.
  • Project Powerhouse: Tackle ad hoc requests and special projects with enthusiasm and efficiency.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • Claims/Inventory Expertise: Relevant experience in claims processing or inventory control.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Communication Excellence: Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-Oriented Dynamo: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
