Job Description

Overview:

The Manager of Communication Services oversees the creative team in the development and delivery of a corporate communications plan, monitoring the effectiveness of corporate communications, overseeing all client communication strategies and development of vendor relationships.

Essential Duties and Functions :

• Develop and deliver a corporate communications plan that will help to achieve the company's vision and strategy.
• Establish metrics and measurement plans to monitor the effectiveness of corporate communications, leverage data and market research to predict budget needs, and provide proactive and reactive advice.
• Oversee all client communication strategies and monitor the quality of deliverables.
• Develop vendor relationships to obtain long-term strategies and improved processes and operations; Monitor and analyze vendor reliability, quality, and performance.
• Collaborate with internal project stakeholders to ensure alignment, buy-in, engagement and support.
• Ensure vendors meet or exceed contractual obligations, delivering quality products and services on time.
• Liaise with all departments to confirm proper messaging and branding.
• Oversee all graphical direction/design.
• Review project demands to identify and manage scope, supply, and appropriate staffing to complete plans within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Maintain a productive, supportive environment for the creative team, and provide both creative and technical expertise and leadership.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Qualifications :

• Required: 5-10 years of progressive experience in marketing and communications
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Collaborative tools
• Document Sharing
