Job Description

Duration: 12 months contract

Job Description:

• The ideal candidate can work independently with minimal supervision from engineering and management, assist in new product introductions, and ensure a repeatable and efficient manufacturing process.

Responsibilities:

• Work with engineers to introduce new products to manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in production.
• Perform mechanical assembly work as needed.
• Update and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes.
• Assist in the repair and maintenance of test fixtures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with cleanroom (CR) procedures while working in a bunny suit.
• Be available for overtime, night shifts, and weekend work as required.

Experience:

• Experience in troubleshooting manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Ability to update and create clear, repeatable manufacturing process documentation.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment (bunny suit required)
• Flexibility to work overtime, night shifts, and weekends as needed.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (BSME) or Electrical Engineering (BSEE).
