MEP Assistant Construction Superintendent - Data Centers

Richmond, Virginia

Base pay: Up to $120,000

We are looking for an Assistant Construction Superintendent that is eager to work on Mission Critical Data Center projects in the Richmond, Virginia location.

Duties:

• Ensure strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, communicating policies to the team and supervising work activities.
• Assign tasks to workers, interpret specifications and blueprints, and ensure field installations align with plans.
• Review and release shop drawings and spool drawings for timely execution and inspect work for conformance to specifications.
• Coordinate material and equipment deliveries, attend project meetings, and maintain documentation with daily reports and photos.

Essentials:

• At least 3 years MEP industry experience, including journeyman/supervisory experience - Data Center projects preferred
• Extensive knowledge of International Codes and general HVAC and plumbing systems standards and effectively managing mechanical systems
• Ability to read and understand project-related documents
• Ability to use Procore is desirable
• Must have Electrical/Mechanical (MEP) instillation experience!
