Job Description

Our client, a global leader in developing and delivering innovative technologies for diverse industrial segments, is seeking a Plant Controller to join their growing site in Hall County, Georgia . In this role, you will leverage your expertise to lead monthly closings, conduct cost analyses, and support the budgeting process. You will identify areas of improvement, propose recommendations, and drive their implementation to enhance business performance. Responsibilities :

  • Oversee monthly closing and reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely communication of results to management.
  • Support standard product costing and analyze variances in collaboration with the leadership team.
  • Perform standard and ad hoc cost analyses during actual, rolling forecast, and planning cycles.
  • Prepare and present the overall P&L budget as part of the budget process.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team on cost reduction initiatives and process improvements.
  • Drive actions related to Net Working Capital and monitor relevant KPIs.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Proven experience in finance or controlling within a manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills with expertise in handling large, complex datasets.
  • Knowledge of SAP FICO and MES systems is a plus.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
