An automotive parts manufacturing company near the La Salle, IL area is looking for a Production Manager . You will oversee the production team and manage department schedules. The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading high-volume teams within an industrial environment.
This is a full-time position with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401 (K), paid holidays & vacation.
Responsibilities:
· Manage all production department schedules
· Manage customer & vendor logistics
· Handle vendor negotiations
· Implement & manage inventory control systems
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
· At least 5 years of planning experience in manufacturing environment
· Leadership & Organizational skills (managing large-volume teams is a plus)
· Computer Experience (Office, Word, Excel, Access)
. Able to intermittently sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch & lift up to 30 pounds
