Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated and dynamic Summer Interns to join our team and support our sales and recruitment departments. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in the staffing industry while working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the sales team in prospecting new clients, preparing sales materials, and organizing client meetings and presentations.

Assist with data entry and maintenance of client and candidate information in our CRM system.

Assist the recruitment team in sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and our internal database.

Conduct initial candidate assessments, including resume reviews and phone screenings, to evaluate qualifications and suitability for open positions.

Coordinate interview schedules and communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and assisting with office tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, clients, and team members.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

Prior experience in sales, customer service, or recruitment is preferred but not required.
