Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join their client's dynamic team in California. This role is perfect for an energetic individual who is passionate about sales and looking to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by contacting potential clients and establishing rapport.
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and continued partnership.
• Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients effectively.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to better serve clients.
• Attend meetings and training sessions as required to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Positive attitude and a strong desire to meet and exceed goals.

Monday to Friday

Additional Details:

This position requires around 0% travel time, allowing the Sales Representative to focus primarily on building and maintaining client relationships within California.
