Gargiulo / Rudnick, LLP, an AV-rated law firm with an office in Mashpee, is seeking a full-time or part-time secretarial administrative assistant to join its litigation team in its Mashpee office. See Experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.
This position includes working cooperatively with attorneys, as well as working independently; filing documents in state and federal courts; file management; maintaining calendars and tracking deadlines, drafting basic correspondence; formatting, proofreading and editing of documents; and a broad range of legal assistant / secretarial functions. The successful candidate will have strong typing skills, will be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and possess the ability to learn litigation management software.
Salary is commensurate with the candidate’s experience. Benefits for full-time employment include single-person health and dental plans; short-term and long-term disability coverage; and paid time off program.
