SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Full-time, permanent role

Onsite in Columbus, OH

ALTA IT Services is staffing a direct hire opening for a highly motivated and talented Senior Graphic Designer to join a dynamic creative team in Columbus, OH. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating captivating digital assets to promote and sell e-commerce products on major online retailer platforms. This position requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment, working closely with brand partners regionally and across the globe. The Senior Graphic Designer will report directly to the Director of Brand Experience and work closely with the E-commerce Director. This is a 100% onsite position in Columbus, OH.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Translate brand standards into visually appealing and compelling digital assets, ensuring quick and efficient execution.
• Collaborate with brand partners to ensure consistent brand representation across all print and digital assets.
• Develop engaging content and assets for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Create visual assets for the corporate Shopify website.
• Utilize AI software to its full potential, incorporating cutting-edge technology into the design process.
• Assist with PowerPoint presentation design, ensuring professional and engaging visuals.
• Ability to perform video editing tasks is a plus but not a requirement.
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma (or something similar).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on digital assets.
• A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent understanding of core design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

SALARY: $75,000 range annually, plus benefits.
