Compri Consulting is seeking a Senior Motion Designer for 3-month contract-to hire opportunity in Englewood, CO. This role is Fully onsite

Skills, Experience and Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in motion design, video editing, video production or a related creative role.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Online portfolio of work and reel displaying a diverse range of motion and video projects.
• Proven expertise in motion design and post-production programs.
• Must be proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, and Illustrator.
• Moderate to proficient understanding of Cinema 4D and Figma.
• Strong skills in video editing, sound design, VFX, Mograph and technical motion workflows.
• Has a strong design eye and can create visually stunning storyboards in conjunction with motion and animation direction.
• Ability to problem-solve creatively and efficiently.
• Understanding of motion design best practices for social, broadcast, and digital environments.
• Exceptional ability to pitch and communicate concepts to stakeholders and team members.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate effectively.
• Experience with motion AI prompting and creation preferred.
• Videography, video production and photography
