Currently, we are seeking passionate and committed Speech-Language Pathologists to join dynamic and collaborative school teams in the Fairfield County, CT area. Full-time contract positions are available with an immediate start, offering an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to integrate speech and language strategies into the classroom.
• Provide therapy in individual and group settings.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress updates.
• Educate staff and families on speech and language development strategies.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Connecticut State SLP License
• Initial Educator Certificate with a Special Service Endorsement in Speech and Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Prior experience in a school-based setting is a plus.
