We are seeking a Construction Estimating & Project Coordinator to join our team. Whether you’re experienced in the field or looking to expand your technical skills, this role offers excellent growth potential with pathways to sales , estimating leadership , or project management .

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with bid preparation, including quantity takeoffs , documentation, and communication.
• Collaborate with the sales team to manage bid opportunities and provide accurate information.
• Support project managers with contract reviews, submittals, and permit applications.
• Identify and implement solutions to challenges encountered during the bidding , design , and project management process.
• Draft plans for tennis courts , pickleball courts , and other unique recreational spaces.
• Manage project documentation, contracts, and client communications.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree , Associate degree , Technical diploma , or equivalent experience in Construction Management , Civil Engineering , or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 ; familiarity with Bluebeam Revu is a plus.
• Previous experience in construction or general contracting is preferred but not required.
