At Synergy HomeCare of Tampa Bay , we offer a compassionate, client-centered approach to care and are seeking a motivated and dynamic Home Care Community Educator/Marketer to join our growing team.


The Home Care Community Educator/Marketer is responsible for promoting our home care services and expanding our client base. This role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, building relationships with referral sources, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for helping others, and a proven track record in sales or marketing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase the Synergy HomeCare of Tampa Bay brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and potential clients.
  • Conduct presentations and educational seminars to promote our services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and prospecting.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics, reporting on performance and market trends.
  • Attend community events and represent Synergy HomeCare of Tampa Bay to enhance its public presence.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Preferred experience in the senior care industry (at least 2 years).
  • Case Managers, Discharge Planners , Physical Therapists, LPN, RN considered.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, ideally within the healthcare or home care industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
  • Proficiency in Google Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
