Job Summary:
The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will ensure top-tier customer service, drive sales and profitability, manage and motivate the store team, and uphold the brand’s high standards in every aspect of the business.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Leadership & Team Management
- Train and manage the store team to provide exceptional service.
- Foster a positive and engaging work environment for staff.
- Set monthly goals and evaluate performance to drive store success.
Sales & Customer Service
- Meet or exceed sales goals by driving in-store sales.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction.
- Create a clientele base through enthusiastic engagement with customers.
Operations & Inventory Management
- Maintain the visual standards of the store through merchandising, ensuring that all displays are visually appealing and in-line with brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory levels, receiving, and stock control to minimize shrinkage and optimize turnover
- Conduct regular inventory audits to minimize loss and optimize stock levels.
Brand Representation
- Uphold and promote the Legrand brand at all times.
- Ensure a seamless shopping experience through impeccable store maintenance and visual merchandising.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail management experience in a luxury or high-end boutique setting
- Strong background in sales, styling, and clienteling with a passion for fashion
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Experience with POS systems (currently Shopify), inventory management, and reporting tools
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as required by the business needs.
