About Us:

Vital Living Healthcare is an established Concierge Primary Care practice that specializes in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement, Weight Loss, IV Therapy, PRP, anti-aging and medical aesthetics for both men and women. We are committed to providing personalized, high-quality care to our patients, offering advanced treatments and holistic wellness solutions in a boutique, convenient and comfortable environment. Our treatment plans for patients are based on current peer reviewed literature for all programs. We are looking to expand our team with a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) who has a strong background in weight loss management, HRT and primary care. 

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will have clinical experience in administering weight loss programs, particularly those involving Semaglutide and Tirzepatide, as well as a solid understanding and experience with bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. A4M board certification or fellowship training in HRT is a plus. This part-time position involves working with patients to create customized treatment plans, monitoring progress, and providing ongoing care and support for weight loss, HRT and primary care patients. 

Responsibilities:

  • Under the guidance of our physician, assess, diagnose, and treat patients for weight loss, primary care and hormone replacement therapy. Administer and monitor the use of Semaglutide and Tirzepatide for weight loss programs
  • Create individualized weight loss plans, including medication dosages, recommendations for protein intake, explanation of body composition results and collaborative support to create sustainable lifestyles. 
  • Evaluate thyroid and sex hormone levels in both males and females, diagnose hypogonadism, perimenopause and menopause, and collaborate with the physician to create individual HRT therapy plans for patients on an ongoing basis. 
  • Monitor patients’ progress periodically and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with the practice’s medical team to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Educate patients on treatment options, potential side effects, and best practices for success in all programs 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in weight loss treatments and hormone therapies

Qualifications:

  • Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Georgia
  • Proven experience in administering weight loss programs (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide)
  • Experience in hormone replacement therapy (HRT)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide compassionate care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple patients simultaneously
  • Current BLS/ACLS certification preferred
  • A passion for service, dedication and education for themselves and their patients. 

Schedule:

  • Part-time, Tuesday and Thursday, 8a-5p, one Saturday a month from 8a-3p
