Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and analytical mid-level Celonis Value Engineer to join our dynamic team in Jacksonville, Florida.

This position is ideal for professionals with a total of 5 years of experience in process mining, data analytics, business process intelligence, and operational excellence, who possess hands-on expertise in the Celonis Execution Management System (EMS).

The Celonis Value Engineer will play a pivotal role in driving process transformation, optimizing workflows, eliminating inefficiencies, enhancing compliance, and increasing automation across multiple business functions.

Strong Data Background with 2 years expertise in Process Mining Tool and 1 + years in Celonis , Expertise with Oracle SQL Unix Python Jira CI CD Pipeline

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process discovery, root cause analysis, performance benchmarking, KPI optimization, digital transformation, and predictive analytics.

They will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and process owners to identify areas for improvement, develop data-driven solutions, and implement Celonis-based strategies that drive measurable business value.

The candidate must be proficient in Celonis EMS capabilities, including Action Flows, Process Simulation, Automation, and Execution Apps.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Mining & Business Process Optimization

• Perform process discovery and root cause analysis using Celonis EMS to identify inefficiencies and compliance violations.
• Utilize Variant Explorer, Conformance Checker, and Process Simulation to analyze business process deviations and inefficiencies.
• Define and track KPIs such as throughput time, automation rates, rework loops, and process conformance.
• Work with business stakeholders to identify value opportunities and recommend data-driven process improvements.
• Collaborate with teams to translate process insights into actionable workflow automation and process enhancements.

Data Integration & Transformation

• Work with IT and data engineering teams to extract, clean, and integrate data from ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.) into Celonis EMS.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and ETL pipelines to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and performance.
• Assist in configuring data models and process mining scripts to generate real-time business insights.

Celonis Solution Development & Implementation

• Configure Celonis dashboards, execution apps, and automation workflows to provide interactive insights and recommendations.
• Utilize Celonis Action Engine to implement real-time process monitoring and alerts for deviations.
• Collaborate with RPA teams to integrate automation solutions (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate) for repetitive task execution.
• Develop self-service Celonis analytical tools to empower business users in decision-making.

Process Mining & Data Analytics

• Utilize Celonis EMS, Variant Explorer, Conformance Checker, and Process Simulation to conduct process discovery, performance benchmarking, and root cause analysis.
• Identify inefficiencies, compliance violations, and automation opportunities within business workflows.
• Data Integration & ETL Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various enterprise systems using SQL, Python, Alteryx, and Tableau.
• Ensure seamless integration of process data from SAP HANA, Snowflake, and other databases into Celonis EMS.
• Optimize data pipelines and workflows to improve data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.

Enterprise Systems Integration

• Work with ERP, CRM, and BPM platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and ServiceNow to extract process data for analysis.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data governance, security, and compliance in system integrations.
• Develop scalable data models that align with business process objectives.

Automation & Driven Process Optimization

• Leverage Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Power Automate to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance process efficiency.
• Configure Celonis Action Flows and Execution Apps to drive real-time process improvements.
• Implement AI-based process simulations and automated workflow optimizations to enhance business performance.

Data Visualization & Executive Reporting

• Develop interactive dashboards and KPI-driven reports using Celonis EMS, Power BI, and Tableau to communicate process insights effectively.
• Present executive-level reports and data visualizations that provide actionable intelligence for business leaders.
• Ensure that data-driven recommendations align with organizational goals and drive measurable efficiency improvements.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Stay updated on Celonis EMS advancements, AI-powered process automation, and best practices in process mining.
• Identify new use cases for process mining across departments and suggest innovative solutions.
• Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing, documentation, and best practice development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Celonis Analyst or Solution Engineer Certification (Preferred)
• Experience in process optimization within Financial Services, Supply Chain, or Healthcare
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics
